Greek independent inspections and certifications company Eurocert said on Friday it established a subsidiary in Bulgaria, broadening its global footprint that spans over 40 countries.
“Taking into account the favourable dynamics observed within the Bulgarian market across various sectors and driven by our commitment to establish enduring partnerships with our clients, Eurocert has expanded its operations to Bulgaria,” Eurocert said in an emailed statement.
The Bulgarian subsidiary is led by Milka Bogdanova, with Giorgos Sifonios as director of certification in foreign countries.
Founded in 1998, Athens-based Eurocert offers services to a variety of sectors, such as oil and gas, agriculture, mining, construction, building and infrastructure, transportation, waste management and information security.
Clients of Eurocert Bulgaria include Cleantech Bulgaria, Devnya Cement, Lukoil, water utility Sofiyska Voda, Titan, Worley and Honeywell, among others, its website shows.
